Are you locked into a contract?  

 

None of our clients are asked to enter into a contract of service by BusinessSwitch.co.uk. Unlike some agencies who will demand a three year contract for 50% of the savings realised, we find that the service we provide for our clients negates the need for such draconian measures.  

 

Much of our work is through referrals from existing clients, we strongly believe that clients who enjoy a high level of service and realise substantial savings will work with us for many years. If any clients were to feel that they would receive a better service elsewhere we would happily to bow out on good terms and welcome them back in the future.  

 

In the real human world we cannot keep 'all the people happy all the time' however we promise we will have a damn good go at it!  

 

What can't we do?  

 

We can use our expertise to make recommendations, however we cannot give 'advice'. In these troubled times each and every business needs to make decisions based on the best information. Our role is to allow you to make an informed choice.  

 

We cannot act without your authority and written instruction. Services cannot be contracted without your explicit instructions. Many actions that are time sensitive ie: daily priced energy contracts will require authorisation either by email or verbally on a voice recording to action your instructions.  

 

If we implement an alteration of supplier we will work hard to ensure that the process completes efficiently. However, our influence does not extend internally to the suppliers systems and we cannot directly drive changes without your permission.  

 

How do we make our money?  

 

The income of BusinessSwitch.co.uk is derived from multiple sources depending on the work carried out. Our service ranges from simple brokerage of straight forward contracts: for which there are fixed "introducer fee" commissions from the suppliers, through to consultancy services for involved problem solving which requires numerous man hours of specialist attention. The consultancy costs will either be borne as a fixed percentage of the resulting saving i.e. no saving no fee, or on a fixed fee basis depending on your requirements.  

 

Risk? The only risk you face is that you will save some money!
