16 Feb 08 - Nuclear Future

After many years of prevarication the government has backed a nuclear future for the UK. By 2015 there is predicted to be a shortfall in generation capacity of between 40-60%. Unless a new fleet of power station is constructed rapidly the energy infrastructure of the UK is in grave danger. Can the UK build 8 nuclear power stations in 6 years? Probably not!
