Business Switch was recommended to us by an environmental agency we are working with to gain ISO9001-2000 accreditation.

Our issues are quite complex being a high user of electricity in a poorly supplied rural area. Richard worked through our utility problems with a new set of eyes. We now have a positive direction with our energy costs and usage, a fantastic 30% saving on our telephones with a bespoke corporate package, and a reassuring audit on our mobile phones which showed we are on the best tariffs without having to do anything.

Richard was able to look at all areas of our utility spend and say where we are spending too much and wehere we are just fine. Every company would benefit form a health check now and again.
