Who Supplies the vehicles? 
We work with leading companies specialising in vehicle leasing. All the vehicles are supplied through the relevant vehicle manufacturers UK dealer network 
 
Do vehicles have a warranty? 
Yes, all the vehicles come with the full UK manufacturers warranty. 
 
Is maintenance included? 
Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour. For further details go to the maintenance section. 
 
Is roadside assistance included? 
Yes, all vehicles include either 12 months or 3 years breakdown recovery, depending on the manufacturer. 
 
Is delivery and collection included? 
We offer free UK mainland delivery. Collection depends on the type of contract taken. For contract hire or personal contract hire and contract purchase or personal contract purchase the finance company will collect the vehicle at the end of the contract unless you are purchasing the vehicle. 
 
What are my options at the end of the contract? 
This depends on the type of contract taken but usually you can either hand the car back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle from the finance company. 
 
How long is the lease period? 
Our contracts range from 12 to 60 months depending on the vehicle and contract chosen. 
 
What is the initial deposit? 
While a minimum one payment upfront is available, typically an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments is required. Larger deposits can be given to reduce the monthly payment. 
 
Will the contract include Road Fund Licence? 
Yes, either for the duration of the contract or 12 months. This will depend the type of contract taken. 
 
Can I change the mileage on the contract? 
Where your vehicle is running ahead or behind its predicted mileage, rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements. 
 
Is car insurance included in the lease? 
The lease contract does not include insurance, you have to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle. 
 
What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the contract? 
Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate charged in pence per mile. As an example if the excess was 5 pence per mile then for 1000 miles over contract you would be charged £50. 
 
What happens at the end of the lease contract? 
At the end of the lease you can either arrange for the vehicle to be collected or you can extend the contract on a month by month basis. Sign up to the same vehicle for six or 12 months and get a discounted rental. 
 
What happens if I want to end the lease early? 
Contact us to request an early termination quotation. 
 
Contract Hire - Vehicle Maintenance 
 
All new vehicles include a full UK Manufacturers warranty as standard and at least 12 months roadside assistance and recovery. Additional years AA or RAC breakdown cover can be added to the contract if required.  
 
For complete cover and peace of mind a maintenance package can be included in the contract for a fixed monthly fee, and by using our purchasing power and management expertise a maintenance contract often minimizes you’re service and maintenance costs saving you money throughout the contracted life of your vehicle. 
 
All maintenance packages include all routine servicing, replacement tyres and other repair costs that might be required and to keep you mobile 365 days a year a relief vehicle is an optional service so in the event of a mechanical or accidental breakdown a replacement vehicle is provided. You can even specify to receive a vehicle immediately or after 24 or 48 hours. A like for like replacement vehicle can also be specified in the contract. 
 
We aim to make the process of booking a service, MOT or repair both simple and hassle free by offering a single telephone number to arrange all servicing and repairs and by using only approved garages we ensure that drivers receive the highest level of service, minimising any disruption to their working day.

What happens in the event of a breakdown? 
All vehicles include at least 12 months breakdown cover from the manufacturer although many manufacturers now offer 3 years cover fee of charge. Within the car or van book pack there will be an emergency number to contact day or night. 
 
What happens when I need a vehicle serviced or repaired? 
If you included maintenance in the contract you will receive a maintenance contact number from the finance company from which you can book the vehicle into a local approved garage. Upon request you may also be able to request free vehicle collection and delivery. 
 
What happens if my windscreen is damaged? 
Unfortunately glass replacement is not included in any maintenance contract. 
 
What if I need a replacement vehicle? 
If your contract included an optional relief vehicle then this can be arranged by calling the maintenance number provided by the finance company. Without a relief vehicle option a hire car can be arranged at preferential rates through the finance company. 
 
What if I need an MOT? 
Please call the maintenance contact number provided to arrange booking your vehicle in for an MOT.
